Portobello Highschool Retro-fit

2 day project retro-fitting the Portobello Highschool assuming they have been refused planning permission for their new school. It somewhat ignores the extremely complicated phased construction/ 3 month summer construction window/ relocating of pupils. I doubt this is something that could ever happen for those reasons but plenty to be learned from exploring a retrofit as an option. Especially interesting was the issue of circulation. Something extremely limiting in the current school. We were asked to imagine how the school might embrace the Scottish Government's curriculum for excellence.
