we embedded RFID tags in our concrete and used a scanner to locate them and associate images and sound to them using a flash based programme. The results were mixed but it has great potential. Imagine whole buildings littered with nodes capable of launching information on your smartphone or eventually guiding an augmented reality. The future is coming! Get on board.
